The Moderator, Right Rev. Peter Dunn, wrote about a twelve-day visit to North India with a team from the Presbyterian Church led by its Global Mission Director, Rev. Phil King. The visit centred on St Thomas School in Jagadhri, which was founded in 1966 by the New Zealand Presbyterian missionary Rev. Doreen Riddell and now teaches 4,000 students.

The team shared in the dedication of a new three-storey classroom block named after Doreen Riddell, at a service led by the Moderator of the Church of North India, Rev. Dr Paritosh Canning, and the Bishop of Delhi, Rev. Dr Paul Swarup. The column also explains how the Church of North India brought six Protestant traditions together in 1970.
