The Season of Creation runs from 1 September to 4 October, the feast of St Francis of Assisi. Christians of many traditions use these weeks to pray and act together for the care of creation, and the World Council of Churches invites churches around the world to take part.

The 2026 theme was “Living Water”, drawn from Ezekiel 47. The theme for 2027 has not been announced yet, and we will add it here once it is.
