Remembering Jürgen Moltmann at 100

A symposium at the Evangelical Academy in Bad Boll, Germany, from 10 to 12 April marked what would have been the 100th birthday of the theologian Jürgen Moltmann, under the theme “Hope in God: The Future of the World”. Bishop Heinrich Bedford-Strohm, moderator of the WCC central committee, spoke about Moltmann’s long involvement in the ecumenical movement.
