The International Commission for Anglican-Orthodox Theological Dialogue met in Alexandria, Egypt, from 19 to 24 September as guests of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa. Members continued work on a paper about witnessing to Christ today, focusing on how each tradition forms disciples, and finalised a publication on more than fifty years of dialogue since 1973.

They attended the Divine Liturgy with Patriarch Theodoros II and were welcomed by the Anglican Archbishop of Alexandria, Samy Shehata. The commission will meet next in Lisbon in 2027.
